Contract Sourcing

SEAMS offers Sourcing for both Manufacturers and Sewing Contractors. Through our computer database, we can usually refer manufacturers to one of our contractor members. We also offer a FAX broadcast service to members to spread the word about their sourcing needs.

Consultation Services

SEAMS offers free consultation services in the areas of Management and Engineering for the Sewn Products Industry. Through the extensive network of other members, the SEAMS office can often find advice and help on technical matters.

Exposure

As a member of SEAMS, your company will be listed on our on-line directory on the SEAMS website. Information about your capabilities will be available 24/7 to anyone who visits our site -- that's anyone in the world!

Professional Education and Training

SEAMS members have opportunities to attend technical and management seminars throughout the year. Plant tours are offered to give you a chance to see what your colleagues in the industry are doing. A free video library contains both management and technical tapes which SEAMS members may use in their own training programs. In-house management training is also available at a nominal charge.

SEAMS members have opportunities to receive and post notices of Positions Available or requested. Notices of positions available are placed through the SEAMS office and are then transmitted to all SEAMS Members via Broadcast Fax, Email and direct contact. This process can be made confidential.
